This is a design-only service. Your Renovation Design Book is a visual guide for the intended look, layout, materials and finishes. It is not a set of architectural or construction documents. Your contractor will verify all measurements, technical details, installation requirements, building codes and project feasibility before construction begins.

Are prices charged per room?
Yes. The listed prices are starting prices for one room. A large or unusually complex space may cost more, and your total will always be confirmed before work begins.
Can we work together if I don’t live in Chicago?
Yes. Curated Monday is based in Chicago and works with clients throughout the United States using photos, measurements and video calls.
Where will my furniture and décor be sourced?
Selections can come from anywhere the right piece lives, at a range of price points. We are not limited to one store or catalog, and the plan may incorporate pieces you already own.
Who purchases and installs everything?
You do. Your digital Curated Monday Design Book includes the shopping links, placement guidance and implementation order you need to bring the room to life at your own pace.
